CHECK-IN AT OUR OFFICE:
- Patients are encouraged to wait outside or in their car until an exam room is available and the provider is ready to see the patient. We will contact patients via phone call when the provider is ready. No one is allowed to stay in waiting room.
- Patient’s temperatures will be checked and anyone with a temperature of 100.4 or higher will be rescheduled.
- We require patients to wear face masks at all times while coming, staying, and exiting the office.
- At this time, we are only allowing the patient being seen to enter our office for all appointments. If medically necessary (patient is a minor or disabled), we can make accommodations.
CLEANING OUR FACILITY:
- We will disinfect each exam room before and after every patient visit. Doorknobs, desks, counters, frequently touched areas (including the bathroom), and equipment are wiped down repeatedly throughout the day.
- Hand sanitizer will be readily available at check-in and exam rooms, and hand washing may be done in our exam rooms and bathroom facilities.
Our staff personnel will not work at our offices if they have any COVID related symptoms, and they will be screened at the start of each workday for fever or other symptoms and sent home if appropriate. Our staff will wear masks and take every precautionary step to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients and employees.
